Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. In Japanese "Rei" means universal life and "Ki" means  life force energy.

Reiki is a great source of relaxation, focus, and stress reduction from challenging experiences. Reiki energy combines with the clients energy to promote self healing in the body through the 7 main chakra energy centers. It aims to realign the chakras and provide healthy well-being.

This technique involves the reiki practitioner facilitating the reiki through the hands over the body. Participants are fully clothed on a massage table or chair and touch is optional. A reiki session lasts 30-60-90 minutes.

My goal is to help reconnect the client’s energy to link mind and body to gain balance.
