ART THERAPY


Art Therapy is a mental health profession that combines the creative process of art making and psychotherapy.  It is used to help children, adolescents and adults with reaching optimal daily functioning. Art Therapy is facilitated by a certified art therapist in an individual or group setting. A typical session consists of goal making, art-making, art process guided by the art therapist.
